Become a Freeze Sleeve Affiliate!
As an ambassador of Freeze Sleeve you'll choose a designated code. Any customers who use your code receive a discount, and you earn commission for each sale you refer! Applications are reviewed by Freeze Sleeve, and if approved, you'll receive a Welcome email with an opportunity to order our Affiliate Starter Kit. At this time, our Affiliate Program is only offered throughout the continental United States. Thanks for your interest in the Freeze Sleeve Affiliate program!
BY SIGNING UP AS AN AFFILIATE YOU AGREE TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. You must be a Freeze Sleeve customer in order to participate.
2. Gaming the system will lead to exclusion from the program and any rewards earned will be revoked. This pertains to, but not exclusively, mass distribution of the referral link and/or code in any form as well as referring yourself. The referral link is to be used solely on your company website and any discount code is to be used solely for members or customers of your gym / retail location.
3. You cannot refer existing Freeze Sleeve customers.
4. Freeze Sleeve may discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time and will not be liable for any loss of income.
5. You are not permitted, under any circumstances, to represent that you are acting on behalf of Freeze Sleeve or that you have the authority to enter in any agreement on behalf of Freeze Sleeve.
6. The purchase must either be made through your unique referral link or involve your unique referral discount code in order for you to be credited. You will not earn your reward if the referred customer fails to do so and Freeze Sleeve is under no obligation to pay you a reward in such case.
7. You acknowledge and agree that Freeze Sleeves' determination will be final and binding with respect to the referring party's eligibility for any Affiliate Commission.
8. Freeze Sleeve reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to exclude any participant at any time from the program.
9. Freeze Sleeve reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to deny any application to the program.
10. The referring party shall govern himself/herself in a legal and ethical manner. The referring party shall not misrepresent Freeze Sleeves' services and prices or impose any fees or charges or minimums in connection with Freeze Sleeves' services.
11. Freeze Sleeve reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or inappropriate registration or activity. Freeze Sleeve, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to delay payment of any Affiliate Commission while it conducts an investigation of any such activity. If Freeze Sleeve, in its sole discretion, concludes a registration was deceptive you agree that Freeze Sleeve will not be obligated to pay any Affiliate Commission for such transactions.
12. If you elect to choose a custom discount code, Freeze Sleeve, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject your requested code and modify it or replace it with a generated one.
Commissions are paid out quarterly via PayPal on sales beyond the 30 day return period. You will need a valid PayPal account in order to be paid due commissions.
